We accept cases for COHATs, dental radiographs, simple and complex extractions, and full-mouth extractions. If your patient requires advanced oral surgery or endodontic procedures, we’ll help coordinate specialty-level care.
In most cases, consultations and procedures can be scheduled within two weeks. Urgent cases may be accommodated sooner based on availability.

You’ll receive a complete digital medical record following the procedure, including dental charts, radiographs, and treatment notes.
We require recent bloodwork (within 30-60 days) and imaging when indicated. Clients are encouraged to have these completed at your practice prior to their Pearly Bites visit.
Clients receive clear aftercare instructions, and we’re available for follow-up questions or concerns. For any postoperative issues requiring primary care follow-up, we coordinate directly with your hospital.
